I think he would have a lot of respect for Crawford, its not the street or the schoolyard vendetta type spiteful bs, these guys work their ass of most of there lives to get there so they know the hardships and grind each go through, I cant admire top level fighters any higher with what they go through to make it, I honestly dont think Errol would think anything like youre describing, Id bet more the opposite and he would like to see TC achieving bigger and better things, in his mind his competitive nature would love to run it back, but would probably know deep down he was beat by a better fighter.Comment

That's how I saw it. With the way the business is, gotta always keep your best options open if you're in the position to be able to do so. Some opportunities might never come again unless you call your own shots(i.e. Canelo), so he did what he shoulda done in that position. Don't think going back into another fight with Crawford was best for him considering how ugly that fight went tho. That ish was brutal to watch after the first couple of rounds.Comment

Yes indeed, great credit to Crawford, and to Spence, for his courage and no giving up.
Take nothing away from Bud, but that version of Spence was not anything much Iike the one that beat Brook and Mikey Garcia, ie. a lesser Spence after the accident and eye issue.Comment

Spence went after the Bud fight and called him directly. Didn't go as planned and I don't doubt he wants the rematch at 154. I didn't see anything that Spence can do to offset Bud.Comment

A young or old Spence would have never beaten Bud. I was rooting for Spence but I expected Bud to blow him away.

Dude had eye surgery after the fight. Everyone knows this.
Why is this a debate?Comment
