Tank might be popular in the US. However, the US does not = the world.

It is what I keep reminding my American brothers here ALL the freaking time.
Sadly, many of them could not point the U.K. on a map.

      He's a nobody.

I wonder how he will react when the Saudis throw him in with Shakur or Matias immediately.

What a typical reaction. lol the moment a “foreigner” speaks facts, our ignorant brothers here react with anger and make it a personal attack. You couldn’t make this shǐt up.
People like you believe the “World” series champions are actually world champions. Or the NBA champs are also “world” champions even though it literally says NATIONAL aka a one country sport.
Perhaps the Super Bowl winners are “world” champions too!

That sounds very insecure. What he said was true.

In terms of beating anyone from 135 to 147 from the UK, i have to do nothing but laugh. Catterall would finish the job that Hector Garcia started when he won most of the completed rounds against Davis by clearly out-boxing him. Davis is weak at centre ring or on the front foot. He likes them to come to him so he walk them into something. Catterall is a horrible style match up. Taylor would even beat him at this stage he's at in his career. So would Dalton Smith.

But Davis had the chance to fight Conor Benn after calling him out only to back away when Conor agreed. If Davis legitimately thought he could win, he'd take it. But he doesn't. I'll take that over anyone's opinion of him. It's straight out of the horses mouth.

Nobody cares about the interest of US fans when it comes to making the big fights. Not in the UK or Saudi Arabia. Why would they? They're not part of the buying public. None of those fights rest on whether the US is interested or not. What's going on in the US is small time. Nothing more.

US Promotions? Which ones are we talking about? Who needed any of them to make fights in the UK or Saudi?

They do actually have an open top bus celebrating their win in the Super Bowl with the words "World Champions" on the side of it. Haha.

Jeez-zus Chri..... when are you guys finally going to get it. No one in America cares if anyone outside of this country thinks about Tank or any other fighter. No American athlete is concerned a out his popularity overseas. No American athlete is dreaming about fighting in the UK or Saudi. Conversely, 99% of world wide boxers dream about fighting in Vegas, NYC or LA. Thousands of you guys are in the US getting trained by Americans while dreaming g on getting on an American card and making enough money to move their entire family to the States and never returning to their homeland. Sorry guys not trying to be a Homer but those are just facts. Deal with it pumpkin!

Its impossible to be nobody in professional boxing and make the money he makes, without fans paying the promoters it doesn't happen, I don't know him so have no idea what he is like as a person to be around, but what I do know is he is an elite fighter that's can fight his ass off.

I meant he's a nobody everywhere but America. To become a global star you absolutely need to beat multiple top fighters. Gervonta has no great wins.

Well I know one person who cares about the interest of US fans and his name would be Prince turkey da smurkey. He's begging Al Haymon for PBC fighters. He's putting on a fight in LA with Bud Crawford. He wanted Tank vs Devin in Saudi. He wants the American HWs. He wants to put on Boots vs Bud. He's trying to lure American fighters to fight over in the desert. If he's not interested in the US audience he sure has a funny way of showing it!
