I think anytime a fighter is bust with a banned substance in their system post fight, regardless of penalties towards that fighter, the fight should be turned to a NC immediately.Comment

This is so crazy, when you stop and realize that Devin Haney was the WBC Champion, and Ryan was the challenger! This is how you treat your Champion? Intent, or no intent, Garcia was on PEDs.
