This is the first time I've heard of a fighter saying he weighed less on fight night then weigh in. Also you can't check the tale of the tape because it only lists his weigh in weight, not fight night.

Usyk and Tipsy King have a rematch clause which they said the Tipsy King has activated. DDD and AJ will face eachother on 21st September in Wimbledon. And the winner of that bout will face the winner of Usyk - Tipsy King II in the first quarter of 2025.
