        Not even sure if this is even a serious question but since you don’t know what assisted means I’ll explain it in layman’s terms none the less;

        It’s mostly a PED that aids in weight loss to an assisted level, whilst allowing you to also maintain and gain lean mass to an assisted level.

        Speeds up recovery to an assisted level, meaning you can train both harder than you would unassisted and also recover a lot faster than you would unassisted.

        • This is easy to understand and relate to. Unlike the Conor Benn's case. I tried body building several times and the way these supplements are attractively packaged when you go to a vitamin store, you'd want to take home 3-5 huge containers with powdered stuff in it. But they're not cheap.

            whatever they decided, Stainey still got his ass whoopped and it was glorious.
            but in the beginning didnt ryan say his test were tampered by conte and illumunati? then hair test proved he never took anything? now hes admitting the test did pop dirty but due to tainted supplements?

                How’s that unlike the Conor Benn case?

                It’s exactly like it.

                  From what I understand Benn never acknowledge the results. He questioned them. That's no different from questioning the results of your blood tests administered by your doctor. Even if you doubt their accuracy you start by making self-investigation; where such substance in your system originated from, you do a rewind by recalling what food you ate, supplements you took, etc. In other words, you'll try to prove you didn't take peds intentionally.

                      Easier said than done. Verify how? I gather that's what Benn did, hired "scientists" and spent about $500K, and look where he is still at now?
