This is going to get better and better, i can just feel it. But it's going to get worse for Ryan too as more ridiculous excuses come out. His lawyer sounds low level too. No lawyer worth his salt casts this shlt off as legit. They wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Not only that, but Ryan said it was all a setup with VADA and Conte. Well, how could that be if he's claiming his personal supplements were tainted?
this lol I'm sitting reading comments on the net and his fanatics are still saying it was a set up by conte and vada but I don't think they realize Ryan is now saying the supplements are what tainted his test after stating he only takes ashwagandha. if this is the new narrative his fans should leave conte and the illuminati out of it as this admits the test were dirty because of something HE TOOK lol weather he knew or not

Ryan Garcia and his team are a bunch of liars. They have no credibility; None whatsoever. At first, Ryan denied ever using the Ostarine substance or any other type of supplement that contained it.

By providing negative nails and hair follicle samples. Also, he was very adamant about how he was both clean and being set up. Now all of a sudden he has done a 180. He has flipped.

Now he admits to using the substance Ostarine but he didn't use it to cheat. What kind of shit is that? Get the fuck outta here man! You've cheated!

No wonder why he wants to start a new boxing league for steroid users only because he is one of them.

There might be one other issue

hair and nail test clean which they say indicates no long term use of peds (not 100% reliable tho)
now ryan is saying he was contaminated using supplements and yet nothing showed up in his hair and nails
so what did he do? just open the tubs and get busted right away after taking one or two scoops?

Well that proves intent. He admits to using the substance in order to cheat.

What it means is that no one can ever trust a liar. There are just too many inconsistencies in Ryan's statements in order for him to ever establish an airtight alibi. None of the evidence or proof he has provided thus far has either vindicated or exonerated him from popping dirty for Ostarine.

the testing of the supplement that he put forward for testing proves that this supplement is contaminated

if the testing is correct it proves that ryan garcia was in possession of a contaminated supplement

did he consume this supplement & this led to his failed test? no way to tell this

does he have another sealed supplement that could be opened by testers and if this is also contaminated it would benefit his narrative as he would have no way of knowing this was contaminated if the seal was unbroken i presume

if i was an athlete taking these supplements i think i would be buying more than 1 at a time so he may have a few to send off for testing, who knows we shall see
Or one can just easily reach out to the manufactures to confirm whether or not any of their products contain Ostarine.

                    • He must end up being punished. Or not. But Ryan is not p4p nor is he super elite. So it doesn't matter if he quits boxing.

                      Anyway according to this article
                      https://www.sciencedirect.com/scienc...09898124019296

In the case study the athlete tested positive for ostarine twice. Then the results for hair and nails were negative. Testing the hair shows whether there is (or not) continuous use.

It was verified that the athlete used two neoprene hamstring sleeves from another athlete who used ostarine.

The hamstring sleeves were analysed. Ostarine was identified in different selected pieces. USADA agreed that the most likely source of contamination was the hamstring sleeves, confirming the scenario of drug transfer and gave the athlete a no fault.

According to the article it was cross contamination due to sweat ! Complicated business
