Love William Zepeda but imho he doesn't lay a glove on either Lomachenko or Stevenson.

    Like, literally.

Shakur is a young fighter, a fighter that we are going to follow, if he also goes up in weight at some point, we are similar in age, our bodies are going to change and maybe it won't be at 135 [lbs], maybe it will be 140, but I'm sure that in the future that fight will happen.”

So we can eliminate Shakur off the list, which should come as no surprise!

I’d love to see him fight Lomachenko. Who wouldn’t?

IDK about that. I don't think he's ready for the current version of Lomachenko, but I've had a feeling that this kid's combination of southpaw stance, chin, engine and high volume punch output may well be kryptonite for Shakur Stevenson. Zepeda is not Oscar Valdez.

Seems Zepeda is underestimating Giovanni Cabrera. Isn't Cabrera the guy who made Pitbull Cruz fought his ass off? Cabrera was shaking his head when Cruz was announced the winner of the fight believing he won the fight, then stormed out of the ring without even waiting for his team. He's clearly angry.

This could be a cherrypick gone wrong for Zepeda, potentially. Giovanni is not a walk in the park and he's hungry.

Amen to that, maybe my comment was a touch hyperbolic but I honestly think it'd be two cases of boring old 'levels'.

Zepeda is unfortunately going to have a tough time getting any of the current title holders into the ring. Too much horsepower, not enough dinero.
