Will be interesting to see how they rule, Whyte disgracefully kept his W against Rivas despite testing positive.
With Whyte it wasn't just PED's.
He used tampered gloves and Hearn still defended his ass.
Just like he defended Conor Benn.

It seems it philosophical issue in some respects but one must ask when a boxer loses a fight under dubious circumstances can that loss be undone? Truly undone?
Thought?
He walks around at 190 lbs and fights at lightweight lmao.
In what universe should that chinless fraud be fighting at 130lbs? Its insanebilleau2 likes this.

Take away the L and psychologically it can help Haney but physically and neurologically the imprint from the beating remains with him. If he believes that the only way Garcia beat him was due to PEDS, that may give him some confidence back. So it's a mixed bag of results for him if the L is removed. It's one of those "one the one hand, and on the other hand" type of opposites that he will mentally have to balance and cope with.Last edited by richardt; 05-25-2024, 02:37 PM.billeau2 likes this.

They are built like their mom, walking around at like 155 (my younger) and 170 (my older). What I don't get is... I trained my boys but not for the ring. If my younger was going to fight in the ring I would try to teach him to fight up... not down. Yeah you get an advantage going down in weight, but its hard on the body, you are not at your strongest... Teach a kid who walks around at 155, to go middle weight. Its better for longevity, and if you can teach someone to fight at a lower weight you can teach them to fight at a higher weight.
Broner had the same problem as Haney is going to have. When they had to fight at a real weight for them, they lost power. Thing is if byoub look at Haney hitting the bag, he is obviously a big kid and should not be fighting at 130, 135 or even 140. Like you say he walks around much bigger.

I dunno man, now the WBC are involved and Garcia is claiming contamination, I think he might actually get away with it.
