That should not be the question. Turki has been taking away Haymon fighters like Pitbull, Valenzuela, Tszyu, and I'm trying to recall the others.

Real question is will Charlo leave his uncle Al? These Charlos are known to reject fights outside of homebase PBC. They're among Haymon's loyal soldiers. Spence, Thurman, Russel brothers, etc. Unfortunately for Al they take very long vacations when he badly needs them in his Amazon venture.

People say PBC has a large stable, but in reality Haymon have a hard time populating his next cards, especially when he can't make his fighters fight each other and have to look outside for their opponents. Haymon can't make Charlo fight Plant, for example, or Adames vs Lara. Haymon will need four fighters outside to set it all up.

PBC probably cannot afford to pay the fighters their asking price either. It's obvious that their lack of a budget is a huge issue.

Saul Alvarez is very rich, got prime properties in the US and Mexico and probably can buy more, yet he still keeps on fighting and making money. And he's saying he'll stay around for a long while.

Everyone is different... But human psychology being what it is... Canelo has been SUCCESSFUL, a lot more so than the Charlo Brothers... This affects his motivation...

Charlo is like 5'8" on a good day hes not a big guy, i stood next to him and im 6'3". He can make the weight the question is does he really wanna after getting cashed out by canelo

Most of uncle Al's boys love to have long vacation, so I can imagine how hard it is for him to fill his Amazon cards, especially at a time when he needs them badly.
