Imagine the value of a title that some complain was last held 25 years ago but is stripped from the holder within two weeks - what a parody! A title that no one won for 25 years but one fighter did it in six bouts. No, I don't blame Usyk, this is all about how meaningless the titles are. The more they are - the more meaningless they become. What matters, I will say it again, will always be the quality of your opponents and the number of your fights. With this, the people's recognition will come too and this is the third thing that matters, probably the most.
Undisputed, but for how long????

Time waits for No man.
In my eyes, Usyk did the deed, and pushes higher up the list. It will be interesting to see if he can repeat in October, if all parties are willing.

Sounds like not for very long as I just read on another site that the IBF is starting the process of stripping Usyk of his title

1. The shot was low
2. The ref immediately called it low and Usyk picked up on it, so he didn't bother trying to get up. With a count he probably gets up anyway.
3. Usyk won every second of the fight otherwise and stopped Dubois on a jab
Enough with this nonsense. It was a low blow, get over it.Comment

He won't. They're coming for blood ($$$). It was a great accomplishment to be pulled off, but these days, it's very hard to keep all the belt orgs happy and keep your belts to defend them with what they want.Comment

Again, who gives a f.uck about the belts? This between fury and Usyk is for legacy and for being N.1. of this era. This whole story about "undisputed" and "belts" is for casuals.
So what if Dubois -Hrgovic winner gets vacant IBF belt? That doesn`t make him being a legit champion.Comment
