Tyson Fury really did a job on poor old Tyson Fury in there.
Man, that look on Fury’s face on the last photo. Scary… You can sense the horror in his eyes. It is not just he was KDed, but beaten from pillar to post.

Anyway, Fury is an amazing fighter, top10 ATG HW for me. He did great the last night. The best he could. Similar when Wlad fought AJ. He got beaten by the way superior fighter. No shame in that.

And even if he could keep up that pace in the 7th usyk matched him punch for punch and that wasnt a clear round for fury

Usyk took rounds 5 and 6th off and fury still had to expell a lot of energy just to win the rounds at range

No chance fury wins the rematch as usyk is just that good
Exactly this. Fury threw close to 500 punches just to try keeping up with Usyk. For the reference he threw 380 in Wlad’s fight and that was considered his best win. Nothing wrong with Fury, he was good as ever. It is what Usyk did, not what Fury didn’t.

Nah Usyk repeatedly punching him did that, tell you what for such an elusive, defensive master with a great chin Fury sure does get dropped a lot.

whats that about 7 or 8 times now.

        God tier recovery though.

This is why boxers shouldn’t protect their records. If more popular fighters were tested and picked up losses then there would be less brain rot “fans”.

At this level of boxing part of the game is bringing your best self into the ring. How did you prepare? Is your camp the right amt of wks? How well did you cut weight & eat in camp? Is your cardio good? Did you spar too many rds? Did you spar enough rds? How good is your plan A? Do you got a plan B through Z if plan A comes up short or gets adjusted to by your opp? Etc & so on.

Idk that that means you beat yourself. Let alone sh^t you went through yrs ago is why you lost yesterday. Everyone goes through sh^t. Everyone gots sh^t in their head that can fook with them if they don't handle it or use it as fuel to success. Ppl get too caught up in winning & losing, more than the boxers themselves sometimes, especially when you got two future HOFers who are past their prime & were both unbeaten til last night.

Fury & Usyk woulda drawn last night IF Fury hadn't got dropped in the 9th. It was a super close fight SOMEONE was gonna lose outside of a draw happening. Very little changed last night except Usyk isn't at worst #2, now hes clearly #1.
