If that was low Andre Ward should have been suspended for destroying Kovalevs balls lol.

I just rewatched those shots from Ward again and by definition of so called boxing fans here Ward should have been DQ'd lol.

Punch was low. Dubois had hit him low several times earlier in the fight. Usyk beat that boy's ass in return. Easy win

I didn't say Dubois punched him there, I was talking I know what it is and and what are hard body punches, bare knuckle even. I have always been a heavyweight and never the heaviest, so I have been punched by people close to Fury's weight as well, like 20-25 kg. heavier than me.

Anyway, bringing this fight anymore is unnecessary, people have their opinions and many will have them in future. Just as it is ****** to say "Dubois quit" - he did but the point here is completely different.

That POS Tony Weeks should have at least stopped the action and warned Ward.

Yeah, I fought LHW and HW. I get it. I was undersized at HW. I thought it was low at the time, and think it's low now. But you're 100% correct, there's really no point to bring this up again. Be like people bringing up "The Long Count" against Wilder (Which I always said doesn't matter, since it's not an official 10 seconds but a 10 count by a ref who can take however the fk long he wants at the end of the day.)

Unless you're trolling, there's a TON of posters on here who say Ward should have been DQd

Myself, I think it should have had a warning and a break for Kov. But whatever, the rhetoric was always "It doesn't matter KOV QUIT!!"

yeah, consecutive nut shots will do that lol

Lol at a ton.. very few were and then you come to the Usyk situation and there's so many saying it's a low blow.

I guarantee some of these clowns are hypocrites and completely flipped in the argument lol

Hell where was the uproar from boxing media when that happened?

Pretty sure there was an uproar at the time. Maybe not as huge as you’d expect, but it’s not like those fights did well either.

boxing fans are boxing’s worst enemy

and you’re not wrong about hypocrites flipping.

Usyk was also knocked down in the amateurs by Beterbiev with a body shot. Usyk is soft to the body imo.

It was clearly low. And it's mot the first time Usyks been dropped by a body shot that was too low
