He needs to compete with Usyks non-stop motion and output.

drastic body changes and fighting with a physique you're not normally used to fighting with can easily backfire.

      but we will see.

I have the same thoughts. Fury's advantage is his size, he will never be as nimble or fast as Usyk so he shouldnt try to beat him in those traits head to head. We will get their weights later today, I think 250s is fine for Fury but I would not like lower than that. I think 240s is too low, Usyk is about 220, so if Fury's size advantage amounts to 25 pounds that isnt really much, he wont tire Usyk out leaning on him with only 25 pounds more. Chisora was 255 and gave Usyk his most consistently hard fight outside of Dubois dropping him with that body shot.

Fury was 247 for Wlad and hasnt weighted that light in the last 10 years. He was 255 for wallin which i think is a reasonable light weight for him.

If Fury thinks he is going to come in super light and get in a chess match with Usyk on the outside that is a terrible strategy, that is exactly what AJ tried to do, he can also not overthink his shots and needs to let his hands go. Usyk doesnt have much power and doesnt usually sit on his shots, Fury can definitely take them if he has to in order to land his own.

Usyk is going to clown this fraud.

his face looks a lot slimmer and his stomach too, i think he may be in the 250s. He was 255 for wallin (and incidentally struggled that fight)

Fury was a very clear winner on Nash's scorecard 114-113. Nash believes the rematch will be even clearer, a 115-113 beat down. Viva la Fury. Viva la Morecambe Bay. Nash out

Disappointed? I'm not a Fury guy. I thought his size would be too much. You are a boxing expert? Let's bet fights straight up. I will wait to hear back.

When the rematch gets officially signed & confirmed
                  Then I'll decide

Not sure what to make of it other than we know he took Usyk serious to cut all that weight especially from last fall. He looks to be the lightest he has been in like 10 years.

I guess we will see on friday how it plays out. I still think he should use his size, is he really going to try to be the boxer or box with Usyk, that is what Usyk wants. If he tries to just stay in the center and box it could end badly for him, Usyk can over come reach very well. Usyk doesnt like to be pressured. Now Fury could still be planning on using his size while coming in lighter to maintain stamina late in the fight which could be a good strategy.
Exactly! Fury knows the lighter he comes in the better. That happens to be how most heavyweights approached the sport for generations! Someone like Marciano used to literally chew meat and spit it out. There was never any strategy heard of where some challenger to the heavyweight titles said "I am coming in with more A r S e so I have more power. Even the big boys like Abe Simon, Primo Canera where low body fat.
