He needs to compete with Usyks non-stop motion and output.

I have the same thoughts. Fury's advantage is his size, he will never be as nimble or fast as Usyk so he shouldnt try to beat him in those traits head to head. We will get their weights later today, I think 250s is fine for Fury but I would not like lower than that. I think 240s is too low, Usyk is about 220, so if Fury's size advantage amounts to 25 pounds that isnt really much, he wont tire Usyk out leaning on him with only 25 pounds more. Chisora was 255 and gave Usyk his most consistently hard fight outside of Dubois dropping him with that body shot.
Fury was 247 for Wlad and hasnt weighted that light in the last 10 years. He was 255 for wallin which i think is a reasonable light weight for him.
If Fury thinks he is going to come in super light and get in a chess match with Usyk on the outside that is a terrible strategy, that is exactly what AJ tried to do, he can also not overthink his shots and needs to let his hands go. Usyk doesnt have much power and doesnt usually sit on his shots, Fury can definitely take them if he has to in order to land his own.Comment

his face looks a lot slimmer and his stomach too, i think he may be in the 250s. He was 255 for wallin (and incidentally struggled that fight)Comment

Ive seen him have stamina while still being fat.
Not sure what to make of it other than we know he took Usyk serious to cut all that weight especially from last fall. He looks to be the lightest he has been in like 10 years.
I guess we will see on friday how it plays out. I still think he should use his size, is he really going to try to be the boxer or box with Usyk, that is what Usyk wants. If he tries to just stay in the center and box it could end badly for him, Usyk can over come reach very well. Usyk doesnt like to be pressured. Now Fury could still be planning on using his size while coming in lighter to maintain stamina late in the fight which could be a good strategy.
