Floyd don't do business with the Saudis. He does business with the Emiratis in Dubai. That's what the people are called. The country is United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the capital is Abu Dhabi.

These exhibitions need to end man.

All these youtube fights and ex-fighters coming back like Jake Paul, Tyson, Floyd, KSI.... all this does is take shine and money away form current professional fighters that grind their asses off to achieve their dreams

            It's a joke.

it only takes shine away from current fighters if it’s a significant one, not one of floyd’s exhibition fights were significant with the exception of the conor one which was sanctioned. For me it is downright hilarious for someone who claims to be overflowing with money and have made the right investments. Brawls in the end of the fights against cab drivers and nobodies that don’t deserve to be in the ring with him makes it a whole level of cheap and low for floyd. He’s also showboating a lot in all of them, it’s like watching Michael Jordan playing unknowns one and one for some penny lol and then talks trash to them lol it’s really cringe and face palming even as a fan of him in boxing.

i dont think he’s making 8 digit numbers from those fights at all which has no audience like he claims. If he invested his earnings in the S&P500 he’ll be making north of 50 million per year without doing any of these.

The problem is the current professional fighters are not grinding their assess and have no dreams which is why older fighters still got a following. The few that do get the shine and money but they are no where as good.

Boxing is a business of skills and entertainment. If the best today put in the hardwork not only in their boxing but also in being able to sell themselves and actually fighting meaningful fights, they would also succeed. If they have limited skills, are only loud-mouthed with no character, and keep avoiding competitive fights, they only have themselve to blame.

He's probably not making money as a TMT promoter. That's why I don't fully buy this narrative about promoters making so much money. Maybe in the past, but nowadays I think they just break even.

I thought that the exhibition in Mexico was suppose to be Victor Ortiz. Didn't they lose money already when they fought the first time

Exhibition to Floyd is about one man. Him. That's what he and Haymon thought the business of boxing is all about like when PBC was just starting. Thurman coming back in June, for example. Opponent is TBD or TBA. Danny Garcia is back in February. Opponent TBD. It's just showcasing fighters, not the fight. In reality, fans want to see competitive fights, not one-sided ones.
