Froch is like a 2-1 favorite. Most people agree that this is a close match.

But do you consider Pascal to be better offensively than Dirrell?

Yes, in fact when Pascal uses his ring smarts, he one of the best boxers in the world. He has a fast hard jab, throws excellent combinations, has good foot work and the complete arsenal( but his offense looks average when he trades with opponents).

One thing that is misleading about Dirrell, is that hes not a great pure boxer, the way his blinding hand speed makes it look like. He does many things technically wrong; such as throwing lead rights( while leaving himself exposed) often fighting with his hands to his waist, backing straight out( which leaves him in range for straight shots) he doesn't have a consisent jab and he loads up on the majority of his punches. Pascal is much more relaxed and has more fluidity with his offense.

Actually, I think Dirrell is going to flat out embarrass Froch, will probably shut him out, and may even stop him late. I think Dirrell will win the whole thing
