Tessitore need to stop trying to make it ok that Haney got a gift decision Loma's last time out. Wasn't the worst robbery ever, but was pretty bad considering Loma was fighting a full middleweight by the time they had both rehydrated for 36 hrs. Haney belongs to a protected class. It was straight DEI, woke bull****. Big fights should be held in Japan going foward. They don't play that **** over there.alexoneness

Loma looked good for 35 and a rough couple of years.
Kambo... As ruggedly unidimensional as ever.
Loma belonged at 130, not being dwarfed at 135 by the likes of Teo and Devin.
Now, if it ever happens, the pint-sized Tank won't have a size advantage.
He'll have something better. He might have to spend a whole night being tortured before he lands it. But land it he will.zalous

Are we now remembering how things played out now?real raw likes this.

Loma looked great. I hope runs up a string of victories. Kambosas is limited, but he does deserve respect. Apparently he got a gift against Maxi Hughes (I didn't see that fight). But unlike many fighters, he really is willing to fight the best: Lopez, Haney (twice), now Lomachenko. Probably Lopez was sick, as Lopez claimed, when they fought. But Kambosas did win that fight, and earned his brief place in the sun.Last edited by Doctor Bill; 05-12-2024, 03:40 AM.

Kambosos didn't perform at his best but this is no excuse. On the other hand, for once Lomachenko wasn't a slow starter (cut that "he is downloading" bull*hit - he is a slow starter, a slow downloader, plus every fighter "downloads" his opponent) and kept up a high pace. With this performance, his next fight must be the best possible especially if he thinks to retire soon.

Loma's style is a nightmare for Tank who is always looking to counter and has power but he isnt hugely skilled.dibzvincent143
