    Has he trained his two kids since am days? If so how many mfers have led two ppl to pro belts from literally fight 1 as an am? Guessing its not a long list. So you gotta give him respect for that if nothing else.

    That said I think trainers are incredibly overrated. Ghost Guerrero's dad & Danny Garcia's dad are not guys I ever saw as great trainers & they led their kids to multiple pro belts. The talent, focus & drive of a boxer is probably like 80%-90%+ of what leads a guy to success. The trainer isn't likely to limit or exceed a boxers ceiling in the game very much.

      Yes, Shingo has trained both of his sons and his nephew from the beginning as far as I know. He was an amateur fighter himself in his youth.
