Bro, it's highly unlikely his B sample is going to come back clean or negative. I believe VADA exercised extreme caution and due diligence in order to discredit Ryan Garcia's positive test results for doping.

Chances are they tested it over and over again. Just to ensure that Ryan Garcia was given the benefit of the doubt because they didn't want to believe that Garcia had indeed cheated and popped dirty for PEDS.

However, those test results were accurate. Which was why they took so long in order to disclose them. So it's not true that someone was out to get him. What he is saying now is just a complete lie and he knows it.
