Where do you rate Joe Louis as a heavyweight?

This Joe Louis was a very good boxer. I always had him as number 1 above Muhammad Ali just because of how long he held the title. I always found his style of fighting much more entertaining.

Yeah, sorry. Joe Louis I mean. Louis was the best heavyweight boxer ever. I don't understand how some people could rate him as #1.

I have to strongly disagree. Joe Louis was perfectly rounded and had possible the best accuracy I've ever seen.

I can't understand the how people think that Ali is so overrated.....

Ali is the greatest HW to ever lace them up. He changed the game forever. Louis was an ATG and #2 on my list behind Ali.

Ali fought in the greatest era for HW and came out the best.
