Mungia didn't lose his title on the scales, or lose it for professional buffonery. Bene's made a career of looking for the little guys to face him. We could be on the cusp of poetic justice if Bene sleeps on his next foe, even a little bit.

Al Haymon protects his boxers at all costs, Oscar is the opposite.

I actually do hope Mungia wins so we can get.some fun fights. If Canelo is t willing to fight the best anymore he should get out of boxing and leave it the the hungry food fighters who want to fight each other

Like he protected Cool Boy Steph? Like he's protecting Tim Tszyu?

De la dummy needs to STFU with this type of promoting because the fight isn't happening. Munguia isn't lasting 3 rounds in may. Does anybody think that clenelo is going to let this guy beat him in front of the entire mexican boxing fanbase on cinco de mayo weekend. GTFOOH.

They both have flaws. Benavidez has been coronated as the heir apparent a bit prematurely in my view. Munguia, even moving up, may be the bigger puncher. It's a great matchup when and if it happens.

What will or will not happen depends on Munguia showing he is world class by beating Canelo, then winning the inevitable rematch which will still pay way more than a Benavidez fight.

Fun fights all the way around.
