Will the Ring magazine do the right thing and put Ryan on the p4p list

Even though Oscar owns the magazine he's gone on record as has the editor saying he has no input on the list and given ridiculous ratings like still having Spence on it I believe it. Those writers alway favor the boxer over a puncher.

They put Kambosos on it after beating Teo so it would only be fair to put Ryan on it but something tells me those biased clowns wont.

Why do you care? Since The Ring wound up its print edition it's just another website with a P4P list.

Speaking of which, most P4P lists have a pro-US bias generally, which is one of the reasons I don't pay attention to them.

They put him there after his “win” over Lomachenko, which defeats the purpose of the list.

P4P means who are the best fighters regardless of weight class? Which fighters would do the best if everyone was the same size? Haney outweighed Lomachenko on fight night and still lost imo. He now fights someone around his own size and gets dropped 3 times and loses. That would likely always be the case if he keeps fighting top fighters that are his size on fight night.

Therefore Haney isn’t one of the top 10 P4P best fighters, and never was. Who would he even beat on the current list if everyone was the same size? Jesse Rodriguez maybe?

If there was a list of “best fighters if they had a significant weight advantage”, yes, Devin Haney deserves a spot some where there in the top 15. But that’s not what P4P is.

Don't give Haney much of a chance against Bam Rodriguez if they were the same size.

I already saw ESPN rank him as a JWW despite the fact he came in over the JWW limit. Had an issue with that.

Imo Tank doesn’t belong in the top 10 and I find it extremely hard to put him on the list ahead of Tank given Tank khtfo.

Many posters disputed Haney being on the list. If you felt Haney wasn’t top 10 ( I believe Regge the TS didn’t ) how do now put Ryan top 10?

Ryan should be 11 or 12 behind Tank.

He beat one quality opponent who was highly rated in a fight he missed weight for.

Some people say that Haney is a hype job, is overrated, and a weight-bully. So, Garcia should now be considered a P4P for beating THAT guy??

Neither one of them belonged on the P4P list. Haney should have a loss to Loma, and what's his resume after that? Kambosos, JoJo, old Linares, Prograis? Why's that P4P?

before the fight ryan was the over rated hype job & after the fight some are now saying he was the weight bully in this one, the way things turn around sometimes

Why not? If guys like spencerina, Windmill and stank can make it why can't cryan after beating an overhyped two weight champ?
