Good move by both Benavidez and Morrell. Canelo was never going to fight either one of them anyway. Eventually they will fight each other , maybe to unify 175.

Solid 175er, his two losses were getting robbed against Marcus Browne (imo) & beat up & stopped by Beterbiev .

Morrell is a disgrace fighting for these bogus belts. Have some respect for the sport.

To be fair, he tried making a fight with just about every single fighter at 168 and got turned down time and time again. Berlanga, his mandatory, ducked him ON CAMERA. Too high risk/low reward. And it's not like he ever had a chance at getting a shot at Canelo, despite being his mandatory for three years. At least this way, if he acclimates well to 175, both Bivol and Beterbiev WILL give him a shot at a real belt, unlike a certain someone at 168.

This card is shaping up to be a ****er.
