The WBA created the "champion in recess" rule not Al Haymon. That so called belt supercedes the super champion and says the recess champ can come fight for the belt whenever he wants. We all would take advantage of the given rules if it benefits us. If you catch a D.U.I. case and the lawyer can get you off on a technicality because he found a loophole in the rule would you take his advice or do the honorable thing and serve a 3byear prison sentence?
