The fact that anyone would say that tank or Ryan is the face of boxing says volumes about how boxing has slipped.
Haney may not be my idea of perfection but he at least wanted to challenge himself against Loma. Tank is what 30? And has never cared about that.
Haney challenges himself. He’s disciplined & hard working. He is by far the better young MAN then Garcia or tank.
Id like to see Haney fight Teo next. Teo is my favorite of this young group but I got to say. Haney could beat him.

Haney may never be as popular as Tank, but Tank will never be the champion that Haney is. Whether you like it or not, Tank thus far has to be one of the worst 'champions' in the recent 10-15 years.

One division champion as far as I'm concerned. Him being elevated at 135 is a ****ing joke. Tank vs. Pedraza was the only championship level fight he's ever had.

How can you be a Tank fan and be satisfied with the level of opposition he has faced?

Not that HoF is exactly a golden achievement, but at this point I genuinely doubt he will make it in and will end up in the history of boxing as one of the many dime a dozen former multi-division* single belt champion who will be forgotten after he retires. The shiny "undefeated" zero will not get him any brownie points as there will be way too many of those by the time he retires.

Tank is turning 30 this year and probably won't continue fighting into/past his mid 30s, and even if he does it will probably be for money exhibitions of no importance.

You are exactly correct, my man. Tank has never held a title other than the 130 pound belt that he won from Pedraza. Other belts totally bogus. Fights about once a year against safe opponents. Even Cruz was someone he thought was safe. Tank is exciting, but his credentials are pretty thin, really. Not only is he not the face of boxing, he isn't even top 10 pfp I mean, compare him to Inoue. Monster constantly seeks out the best opposition and cleans out divisions. No comparison.
