It's because fans don't want to pay because they can take a nap at home for free rather than paying to watch Haney run around for 12 rounds....

haney fans are like this is the new 140 haney with pop now, well its a perfect opponent for him to showcase this i would say, he gave himself a massive build up v loma and didnt come close to reaching what he predicted but still wanted the kudos for doing what he said he was going to do

Prediction: Haney wins this easily while doing a lot of holding. This is going to look like some of Vlad's worst fights played out in miniature and without the specter of Vlad ending it with one big shot.

If he was the global star he thinks his social media following suggests, being on the other side of the same continent wouldn't make a difference.

Lots of reasons for this show to underperform, and it most likely will given its timing between several other big shows. The main event is potentially an exciting clash of division stars, but fans have every reason to expect a dud (or even a last-minute cancellation) given Garcia's behavior. Apart from that, the undercard is incredibly weak.

It certainly feels very much second rate compared with Fury - Usyk and Beterbiev - Bivol.

From a UK perspective, I'm more interested in the Taylor - Catterall rematch than this.
