Lopez needs to fight this guy. I feel like Cab will take whatever Arum is willing to give. Headlining an HBO card can pay for itself.

If Lopez doesn't fight him next and instead fights some bum, he will officially be a total ****ing *****.

I understand your promoters handle your career, but at some point you gotta step in.

Not true at all. I actually want him to fight Caballero more now than before... I think sports fans in general have a very bad tendency to rip an athlete/a team to pieces based on their last bad performance. Besides, I don't even think last night's performance was all that bad. He did not have the right game plan, but his skills and heart are undeniable. With a little more discipline he will definitely be a force and that starts with a tough fight for Caballero's titles.

          VIVA EL PELENCHIN.
Yup. Eventually Juanma will have to fight him, or his fan base will lose interest. As Ive said all along, though, Pelenchin will whoop him and they know that, so they are avoiding it like the black plague.

to all you juanma fans...most of you say Steve molitor sucks! His promoter personally flew to panama to present him with a unification contract worth $175000(caballeros biggest payday).he accepted in a second.at least molitor had the guts to fight him...molitor may have got his ass handed to him but he never ducked him & made 6 defences in an 18 month span not like your protected, overrated chicken **** juanma.he got so exposed last night...even funnier is molitor has got himself in position for a final eliminator again & wants to fight caballero again! Not like juanma who has been protected by uncle bob arum.

              Wow you people are sad.

Celestino Caballero has tasted defeat twice including a knock out loss so don't act like the guy is Superman especially since he had a decision loss recently. Also, Caballero's people are saying one thing, JuanMa's people are saying another as far as fight negotiations go. I'm pretty certain none of you cats are present at the negotiations so what you got now is basically a he said/he said thing going on where we don't know the truth because we ain't the ones doing the negotiating.

              2. If JuanMa is going to move up to featherweight for his next then it makes no sense for him to meet Caballero at featherweight because there would be no titles on the line. It'd be simply two guys fighting.

              3. If JuanMa takes on Steve Luevano he would be getting an opportunity for his second title at a second weight class and also opening up an opportunity to fight Gamboa for his title later on in June. Gamboa has had much more exposure than Caballero.

I know a lot of you like to hate but JuanMa won last night and even though he came close to tasting his first defeat he did win. You cats are eager to jump and tear down anybody that doesn't look good in a fight.

JuanMa didn't look good last night but to start saying exposed, overhyped and any other thing is madness. After Shane Mosley beat Ricardo Mayorga people were saying he didn't look good and that he was gonna get eaten alive by Antonio Margarito. Mosley wasn't done and now people want him to face Mayweather. My point? Let JuanMa lose first before you start tearing the guy down.

Somebody is lying and I know it must be Arum.

Anyways, if this fight happends will be at 126 because Juanma has been weight drain in his last 3 fights!!!!!!!!

It's actually no secret that both cabalerro & juanma struggle to make 122.its also old news that both were moving up to 126.they each were going to fight once more than move up.cabalerro wanted a 3 title on the line unification to prove who's the best at 122 but arum won't have it.he protects his fighters.he's been doing the same with pavlik.avoiding Arthur Abraham for a year .he'll do the same with juanma.I mean Steve luevano next? Come in! No one wants to see that but it's a title at 126.this weight jump has been old news for 6 months because molitor has a fight with takalani ndlovu & it's either a final ibf 122 eliminator or it's for the vacant title if caballero moves to 126.molitor knocked out ndlovu in 9 in their first fight.molitor wants a rematch with caballero but it won't happen unless the moneys right.caballero vs juanma needs to happen for the 3 belts.then both should move up if they please.IRS good for boxing.
