I will be highly surprised if Crawford fights Madrimov

He will likely lose. Fighting unbeaten guy at higher weight is no joke. Madrimov is not any worse than Fundora or Tszyu, he is probably better.

I still think Crawford won`t fight him, that story is a crap . Crawford will probably fight Spence at 154 or Fundora - Tszyu rematch winner.

Madrimov doesn't have any profile. Bud beats him clear as day if he does though.

I like the Madrimov fight most as well. Tszyu and Fundora are good fighters but not elite, so Madrimov getting a chance is a refreshing. Also getting the WBA at 154 is a feat in and off it self. On paper it will be one of Crawfords best wins, surpassing the W against Mean Machine which i consider TC's best win.

I think not. Crawford will be undersized at 154.

How many times does this line of thinking need to be disproven for people to stop saying it? Countless examples of skill being the determining factor over size and we continue to underestimate elite fighters. Manny was supposed to be undersized for Oscar, Floyd was supposed to be undersized for everyone at 147 and above, Roy was supposed to be undersized for heavyweight. I can go on and on these are just the obvious ones. Crawford is elite, Madrimov will need alot more than just a size advantage to win.

            Crawford is 5'8" with a 74" reach.
            Madrimov is 5'8.5" with a 68.5" reach.

A 5.5" reach advantage is drastic. Madrimov has a smaller reach than Spence, Avenasyan, Porter, Brook, Kavaliauskas, Khan, Benavidez, Horn, or Indongo. The last time Crawford fought someone with a shorter reach than Madrimov was when he fought Felix Diaz in 2017 at 140 pounds.

Not by much and he makes that up in pure talent, for Crawford I think Madrimov is very open and would be dissected.

Crawford has a 5.5 inch reach advantage and is only half an inch shorter.
