Same thing I said to you last time you made this false claim and went running as per usual.
It should be. But you have goobers like IronDanHamza who will still defend him.
I have never once defended Conor Bennās failed drug test.
All Iāve on said this topic is correct misinformation from the likes of you and also highlight the glaring double standard from the likes of you.Last edited by IronDanHamza; 04-05-2024, 10:13 AM.Comment

The fact this has taken so long is an embarrassment to the sport. The UK commission handles this sh^t so ******ly. Catch a mfer, suspend a mfer for x mos/yrs, let the perpetrator attempt to reduce or reverse the situation or let them fulfill that suspension. Thats it. Simple.Comment

He’d have been better off accepting his wrong doing (the PED being in his system) and m claiming ignorance. He’d have likely got a 6 month ban.
Instead he went all the way and in turn made an enemy with BBBoC. Especially publicly insulting them and then winning that initial hearing which I’m sure they felt embarrassed about.
They may throw the book at him now. I guess we’ll soon find out.
He did himself no favours.Comment

Sure I get the Benn fook up part I'm not even bringing that up, but the main part should be simple. You got caught. You are suspended for 2yrs. That shoulda been the commission part.

The fact the UK commission never gave him a legit suspension time is why Benn was able to fight in the US. Sh^t has too much bs & red tape. It should be so much simplier on the commission side. Guilty until proven innocent with a dirty test should be the law of the land.Comment

Nah Benn could fight in the US because he claimed 100% innocence so he had a hearing and he won the hearing, so his suspension was lifted meaning he could fight anywhere in the world (pending licensing). To which has now been overturned on appeal.

If Benn had complied with them as opposed to claiming no wrong doing at all he’d have recieved an immediate ban but he instead contested it and went down the route of going against them instead. Which has happened many times before; Dillain Whyte, Tyson Fury etc but for some reason this one was much more publicised. Likely due to Benn’s public comments criticising them.
That’s where it gets tricky, because if you are genuinely innocent like Benn claims then do you comply with them and take a ban or fight your case?
Either way, it’s Benn’s handling of it that’s caused this. BBBoC have been petty as well but if Benn wanted he’d have had this behind him by now but he decided to aggressively fight it as opposed to essentially take a plea deal.Comment

Benn’s explanation was deemed to not be believable so here we are. He still can’t get licensed to fight in the UK.

Thats all bc the UK commission is goofy in how it works. Once you are popped feel free to explain yourself but you are suspended for x mos or yrs first off & maybe we reconsider when facts come forth. Thats how it should work. This is ****** in how it actually works. Its like you caught a guy with a knife in his hands stabbing someone to death but we are letting him free as he claims innocence until all the info comes in. Your guilty until proven innocent once you pop dirty. UK commission is a sh^t show.
