Victoria in the early 70s had 7 then started chasing women and that was the end of fighting, did some stuff with Keith Ellis also.

Was 17-20 , both guys dead now, Beau only a few years ago, there is fair bit on them on the net real old school.

Ah ok I thought you were an aussie for some reason, you ever go to the Kronk, a good friend of mine trained there for a couple of fights , Manny Steward robbed him of the purses and many years later when Andries came over to fight Harding Wilf got his money, Wilf was upset and bailed Manny up demanding his money I remember Moorer standing there thinking wtf is going on lol. He said Kronk was tough he was the only white guy there and said they were cool once they knew he could fight.

This was the guy Im talking about I had a few acres that was a stable for Harness horses and Wilf trained in one of the stables lol, right at the start you can see a lone cowboy hat, thats Bert Sorrells a famous American dogman I was sitting next to him, Wilf went on and won a Commonwealth title, lost it to Gary Jacobs in Glasgow, if he had of beat Jacobs he was getting a shot at Pernal Whitaker.
