Let’s be honest, Pr is probably more of a backyard to Adames than Berlanga since Adames grew up in the island right next door. Wouldn’t be shocked if Adames had more fans in PR than Berlanga since many Dominicans migrate to PR and Berlanga hasn’t really done much that would make PR fans want to support him.

Maybe he’s just a fighter who actually wants to fight, so he’s calling out someone who’s on his level to get in the ring with him. I know that’s a novel concept in boxing these days.

This guy needs to get the full WBC title and then look at unifying. He's not getting the Berlanga fight. Needs to call out Charlo, kick up a fuss with the WBC, something. He's a top fighter but isn't getting the chance to show it.
