I'll grant that Ruiz hits hard, but that's not saying much in the heavyweight division. It's literally fact that Ruiz couldn't get even one defense, and then has struggled against guys who are barely fringe at best. It's fact he's sitting out and pricing himself out of every fight he's been offered until he's not even ranked any more.
