You think 27 isn't young? Mungia is still in his prime. It can be argued that he's approaching the downside of his prime, but still...he's got a few more years until his potential descent. Alvarez will be 34 in July, Munguia will be 28 in October.

Everybody has a chance but his chances are slim. Munguia is too basic for Canelo. Unless Canelo gets really old
overnight, he’s going to have an easy time in there. It will be like a target practice with too much counter punching opportunities. Only thing Munguia brings to the table is youthful energy but that will only prolong the beating.

Mungy is YOUNG and HUNGRY. Hes also is a decent fighter. All are a tuff combination for an OLD Canelo. Canelo will have to earn this fight. I see a close decision in favor of Canelo. Most will say Mungy got robbed.

Is Canelo a Tijuana cab driver? Then, no.

I think it’ll be more competitive than alot of people expect. Canelo will not match munguias pace, so if his power shots don’t discourage Jaime.. it’ll be a long night.

Would not bet my house on it , but I think he does have a chance . Mainly because Canelo does not have that fire like he once did dude has been doing this a long long time 64 fights , professional fighter for like 18/19 years has already been at the top of the mountain .......Munguia is flawed but young and hungry ...

Not really. Aside from Munguias non existent defense he also tends to get tired. I would give him a slight chance cause carnela does have bad stamina in the later rounds but so does Jaime lol

There's zero chance. He was chosen for that particular and very important trait, wild and inexperienced. Can't go wrong with that. What could potentially make it a fun fight is, how much punishment he can take.

Not much but there is always the potential decline factor for Canelo now so you never know.
