Styles make fights! Joshua did what he is capable of doing with his power .Would he be able to land those heavy shots on a good boxer like Fury , he couldn't on the much smaller but good boxer Usyk and had 24 rounds to try. I hope Fury beats Usyk and then we'll find out . as at this point the evidence is that Usyk clearly has Joshua's number as he's proved twice already, so a third fight is not a great look and only to see if Joshua can do any better. I like the fact that Joshua is with Ben, they seem to gel and he will bring the best version to the ring. Exciting times, pretty soon we'll know who's been making fools of themselves for sure!

U cannot compare fury to usyk , usyk took them shot well , he went to war in 2 competitive fights with aj and was marked up In both , fury is Chinny and has dropped many times , I doubt fury fights usyk , people think fighters aren't scared but fury is a scared fighter , if he does manage to get in with usyk it's because he is getting offered so much money and I expect it to be one sided if usyks favour , a few years ago I thought fury had the style to better usyk but now I feel they are levels apart , I d be surprised if fury wins a round let alone make it competitive

        This.

And Fury has always been one of these up & down, fight to the level of his opposition guys. He'll do great sh^t vs the bigger threats in his eyes & he'll phone it in vs the lesser threats in his eyes lol. Its weird to me & I've never fully understood why some guys operate like that but there are plenty of ppl who do. And Fury is one of them for better or worse.

And AJ definitely isn't that type of guy. Thats why it was so weird when he was apprehensive vs Franklin a few fights ago.

Ppl discount how close the Usyk vs AJ fights were & what that'll mean vs the guy who made Wlad look confused to end his impressive ruin. Granted its been awhile since that took place, but Usyk is no Wlad either.

Fury's biggest problem has been & still is himself. If Fury loses to Usyk it'll be more about Fury not performing than Usyk winning imho.

I've never seen Fury as "chinny" so much as unfocused. Hes really only been hurt when dropped vs Wilder & usually when Wilder connected when he was at his best ppl weren't hurt they were sleeping. So I trust Fury's chin. I don't trust his focus.

          Lmfao it'll be 12-0 Usyk.

The Joshua v Usyk fights have been rewritten on here. Almost as much as the Klitschko v Fury fight.

They were clear wins for Usyk, but they were close and competitive. Joshua incorrectly opted to box against an elite boxer and was very good. They were very good fights.

Speed and boxing ability is all relative. You can look great against lower level guys and it doesn't mean anything. Fury is a better boxer than Wilder... so what?

My su****ion is that Fury isn't on this level. Usyk is on another level. And Joshua isn't far off it but brings other attributes that he didn't optimise in the Usyk fights.

I want Joshua v Fury just as I always wanted Joshua v Wilder. I think he would knockout both. I'd certainly watch Usyk v Joshua 3,4,5... I think they're the two best boxers in the division.

And we'll see if Fury turns up on May 18 anyway.

I watched the interview and was hoping the interviewer would make a follow-up statement on how ironic it was that he, Fury, couldn't do it. But the interviewer was perhaps too scared of pissing Fury off and didn't want to risk the chances of a future interview. He trailed into something else instead.
It really is incredible how some folks keep on showing Fury praise just because he beat a weak and limited one-trick pony Wilder. And they make all sorts of excuses for his poor performance vs Ngannou. I can't wait for Usyk to expose him once again, if he doesn't find another excuses to pull out for the 4th time.

if he beats Usyk then what? he suddenly becomes the best again with everyone kissing his ass boxing fans are ridiculous and aren't loyal. AJ was getting **** on non stop now he beat an MMA fighter with a 0-1 record he suddenly beats Fury and Usyk in a rematch.... yeah okay people just say whatever sounds good and what others will agree with. I stand by my fighter i believe Fury beats Usyk and Joshua sloppy perfomance with Ngannou or not.

                  12-0? Nah
Fury is hard to outbox, dude ain't Dubois.

Have you seen Fury this weekend ring side? He's way fitter than he was vs Francis.

When Fury sees a fighter as a threat, he becomes a maniac and trains and is focused like a psycho. He sees Usyk as a threat just like he did for Wlad and Wilder.

Wilder would kill Francis in the first round, Helenius style I have been telling casuals.

Fury didn't give a flying sht about Francis. I remember Fury looking garbage vs that Pianetta dude. Doesn't mean Pianetta was going to beat AJ lol

If/when the IBF strips the Usyk/Fury winner, Hrgovic (#1) and Joshua (#3) are likely to fight for the vacant title. I think Bakole (WBA #1) should go after Dubois, Sanchez or Kabayel and fight them on the next Riyadh card.

Yep...pump the brakes on the AJ hype train. Put him in with Hrgovic and see how he goes...

...or maybe he wants to keep letting Parker do the heavy lifting of the division in clearing out the contenders while he exhibits his boxing skills against pretenders ?

It'd be nice to see Joshua up against a live dog, not a washed up can, a sparring partner or an MMA guy.

You can see the confidence in his training and trainer is back. Time to quit fücking around and truly put it to the test.

I don't think Fast Eddie will risk it. There's still a fragility around AJ that Hearn's bluster can't hide.

2 rounds against MMA guy ending in a knockout maybe isn't enough training to then step up and fight Hrgovic.

Crushing cans is great for banking rounds, and knocking out novices is good for the ego but nothing beats stepping up your levels from fight to fight.

Parker has gone from Wilder to Zhang. AJ from Wallin to Ngannou. In a rematch I'd go with Parker to outbox AJ just like Usyk did.

AJ just got his ego massaged. Parker is better trained and better tested!
