    Joshua should fight Hrgovic next

I understand Joshua is in great shape, probably paeking right now, but I think he needs better win than Franklin, Helenius ot Wallin to deserve a huge fight against Usyk - Fury winner. Go fight Hrgovic next.

Parker beat Wilder and Zhang but nobody is talking like he should be next for Usyk or Fury.

Wins don't earn you fights when you draw eyes or put asses in seats. He still probably dismantles Hrgovic next for the vacant IBF.

The picture is clear: it is not what you logically deserve, but what your manager is capable of making for you and currently that smells of business and corruption too often. Parker performs better and has faced way better opposition than AJ, but... At least, they should have a rematch, because AJ will face the winner of Fury-Usyk II and if so this makes it more likely to happen in 2025. But then, what if AJ loses his fight, no matter who his opponent will be? Or he will be staying inactive until it happens? Some Saudi mess here.

We know Parker is fighting Zhang again, so hopefully AJ stays active too. I'm with JakeTheBoxer as far as AJ/Hrgovic next. AJ has upstaged Fury's performances against Wallin/Ngannou, and he can do the same with Zhang's performance against Hrgovic.

It's certainly preferable to Hrgovic getting to fight some bum for a vacant belt he doesn't deserve.

Inactivity is not a great idea. Fury and Usyk will fight twice in 2024.

I agree he should fight Hrgovic next, but for slightly different reasons.

I see nothing wrong with AJs opponent selection last year and the fight now with Ngannou. Franklin was an okay fight after back to back losses, he was intended to fight Whyte afterwards but had to face Helenius instead. Not great fights, but at least he was active and winning. The Wallin fight was a real fight though. Even if AJ knew him well, Wallin was coming off a good win against Gassiev, and after Parker upset Wilder and Ngannou embarrassed Fury, fighting Ngannou just made sense.

Now he needs to resume his journey towards the championship and with Fury & Usyk tied up, fighting Hrgovic for the IBF title (or some sort of eliminator/interim/whatever) is the next logical step.

How does beating Hrgovic "earn" AJ a title shot that he doesn't already deserve?

Hrgovic has LITERALLY zero good wins

                    ZERO

He robbed Zhang in a performance which was worse than the one Parker (who AJ already beat) put in against Zhang.

Who's Hrgovic next best win after the Zhang robbery?

                    Kevin Johnson?

AJ would chin Hrgovic early and then get zero credit for beating a fraud who had LITERALLY no legitimate world level wins on his resume.

Andy Ruiz rematch is the fight for AJ, he has unfinished business there and Harpooning that whale to the canvas for a full 10 count is the final piece of the puzzle to get AJ fully back.
