There aren't many great opponents though. Folks are either significantly bigger than him (Canelo), are damaged goods (Jermell), or are smaller than him (Shakur, Tank, Haney). .

If Tszyu looks great against Thurman, that could be a great fight to make.
Spence was in denial about how damaged his brain is I think is why the rematch took so long to get called off.

It seems like Bud doesn't drink or do any drugs and doesn't have an eating problem and hasn't taken much of a beating in the the ring ever, he may have a couple of prime years left.

That may just be two fights though.

Crawford isn't ever going back to 147.

Tszyu might be next if he beats Thurman and Canelo isn't interested.

Spence and Al bullsh.itted with the rematch then made excuses, that's what happened.

I’d still like to see him fight Jermell tbh. He might not have any belts but he’s still the ring/lineal champion at 154. If not fight Tszyu assuming he deals with Thurman.

crawford has always been bad at self marketing and i believe bob arum when he said he lost money on crawford. yeah hes talented and undisputed but that only does so much, you have to stay active and in the public eye. he thinks he will just get massive paydays because he cleaned out welterweight but it doesnt work like that in boxing.

Bud should take a tune up fight at 154 to see if he can handle that weight if he isn't going to fight Ennis at 147.

Still waiting on Boots who says wants to fight three to four times a year
Oh , it’s true , now that the clause for Spence has expired , notice how quiet Boots has become

That's a shame that being the best at something isn't enough. You have to be a loudmouth or controversial or something.

I guess if his goal is just to be the best and not make boatloads of money, then in that case being the best is enough.
