All theses so called top dogs Canelo, Crawford, Haney, ect, etc are finding the easiest fights they can find instead of taking on serious challenges... I'm not one of those guys that scream how boxing is dying because boxing will always continue to go on but these guys are not doing it any favors.
It's as described, a "mock fight" Eubank came up with as an answer to Eddie Hearn blaming him why the Conor Benn fight didn't happen. Hearn was also mockingly asking who Eubank could fight with similar lucrative offer and doubted Jr would fight high risk, low reward Janibek, who is Eubank's mandatory.
Hard to believe this will happen. But Crawford must be desperate to fight and on the same timeline as Canelo but who is there for him. Ennis and Tsyzu have fights, Spence is still recovering, Charlo may never return.
Not sure how well it does in the US but would get views in the UK..... particularly if on Channel 5!

It's getting to the point with boxing where I'm starting to think "Am I going to waste my time watching this fight?" This year, the answer has often been "No."
Why is Eubank always chasing welterweights , he could of been a real special fighter if he kept taking challenges after losing to bjs but he seemed reluctant to take anyone of significance on or even act serious in fights after beating James de gale , it's a shame really
