I think Charlo will never come back to 154. Crawford -Tszyu is the fight to make.

I was looking on Prime Video yesterday & there is NOTHING I saw suggesting there is a PBC ppv card in 4wks. No mention of the fight. No mention of shoulder programming. So this wouldn't shock me tbh.

We can complain about his choice of opponents, but what we can't say is that he's inactive for the hell of it.
right i agree with you. Saul is always generating interest positive or negative makes no matter just so people notice his name or follow him for either reason that is bussiness so that is fine for them. Charcoal is just a waste not a waste of talent although if he fought and took chances he could have had maybe a whole other kind of following by developing his talents. Taking chances that is lost on a lot of fighters it started with being undefeated but earning an undefeated record, now it is just a numbers game. used to be by what 19 fights you had gotten into enough wars and battles to find your place in the standings now records are acheieved in a decieving manner.......
Taking chances means taking fights fights that cause a fighter to develop his skills not enhance his record.... (challenges)
Sure not all fights are wars no body could handle that thru out, but aviodence is rewarded in boxing now not discouraged...........

It’s about boxing time that the WBA committee made a intelligent move

That would be the second card Thurman got bumped from in that case, he was supposed to fight Stanionis at the end of last year too.

Said it when they announced the Jermell- Canelo fight, Jermell was cashing out. Both Charlo's are talented but both seem really ******, and both seem to have mental issues.

They are the types of fighters who seem to have grown up doing it and both had talent and so they used their talent to make money.....but neither guy seems to care much about legacy or the sport all that much. So from here on if either of them do fight again, I don't expect them to take any risks at all.

That is really part of the big issue with the sport now. Years ago guys got into the sport with dreams of being the best, glory, leave it all in the ring mentality.....which could lead to big paydays and being set for life. The sport got massively popular and even low tier guys started getting life changing paydays. In the last decade, as the previous generations of fighters are gone, the new generation is dealing with far less fans, the sport is not nearly what it once was popularity wise. The money isn't there like it used to be. And these guys that came up watching fighters make millions are not going to get that kind of money.

Sport is headed off a cliff the way it is going. It has to get back to where the belts mean something, less guys being "developed" over 20+ fights, guys who want to scrap and not just try to win on points.

                  Probably too late.

What about stripping Canelo? This dude hasn't fought anyone of the mandatories...He can pick even a Hollywood actress and the sanctioning bodies will reward him instead.

Obviously he is a broken fighter just like his older brother was for many months. I just hope he keeps it together and return to the ring as soon as possible.

I’ve never seen so many fighters have mental breakdowns as much as they have today. Which I believe is caused by the loss of brain tissue.

Mental illness in boxing is real.
Drugs and alcohol don't help either , especially when you have plenty of free time and money. I saw the Charlos trainwreck coming for a few years before they went off the track. It's a shame because they are nice people , at least that's been my experience of them.
