If the Dubois punch against Usyk was low than the Ward punches on Kovalev in the second fight were damn near down to his ankles!

More pooseys who think they know boxing. Ward whipped him TWICE. Quit with the low blow excuses. Kov can’t take body hits. A blind man can see that. I’d of done the same to him and anyone saying otherwise should stick to badminton tournaments in Palm Springs.

First fight was a 9to 3 or 8to 4 ,plus knockdown type fight. Kovalev won the first fight convincingly enough that there was not even a need for a rematch.

remember kovalev had to chase ward for a rematch. ward got 6.5 million while kovalev took home only a percentage which was probably 1 million at most since the fight flopped. i think ward knew he had to cheat more in the rematch and thats when its tony weeks time who obvisouly has been exposed as a guy who will make sure the "right guy" gets the win

Ward was one of the dirtiest fighters in the history of the sport. If there was a HOF list for illegal tactics, he would probably be No. 1.

Apart from the low blows against Kovalev, I remember one of the headbutts against Kessler particulary well - looked more like a rhino than a boxer. And also the elbows against (I think it was) Bika.

The fact that he got away with all of that is simply shameful.

he setup his entire career so that he did get away with it. he only put himself in situations where he was the a-side and therefore untouchable. refs just arent going to punish a-side fighters and ward figured this out and cheated nonstop. his actual boxing was very unimpressive and thats why he had to resort to fighting like this. whenever he fought a bum like paul smith or alexander brand there was no wrestling or nonsense, yet whenever someone was outboxing him he knew to go into ward mode because his boxing wasnt good enough to compete with them. a true fraud.

Stick with badminton young lady. Boxing is violent sport. Don’t eat meat and learn your pronouns.
