Castillo fought the better opposition. You could argue that Mosley looked better at LW but I imagine Castillo too would have looked like quite a destroyer against Holiday, Molina, Leija and Golden Johnson.

Mosley has proven himself a better fighter overall but his LW run really wasn't that amazing.

Furthermore, I think Mosley-Castillo would've been an excellent fight at 135. Remember Eduardo Morales stopping Mosley in his tracks with a beautiful left hook in the first round of that match? Mosley would've had a lot more trouble than Castillo then one might think on first glance.

It would have been an epic classic. Mosley was far more hittable than Mayweather but a better hitter so it's speed versus brute force.
