Never in my 60+years of watching boxing, I have seen something like we're witnessing now. A blatant duck from a guy that considers himself and the media as the face of boxing. Plain and simple he refuses to take a risk and his followers are condoning this behavior, trying to defend him with the most ****** excuses. What a shame and a way to close a career. The media should get in his case and make him say what we all know.

Mayweather has his share, not like this guy thought. And tank is a delusional midget that will never be the face of boxing, unless he start fighting real boxers without all those ridiculous handicapping. This avoiding thing has become a norm, and fanboys are condoning this behavior, one of the excuses are Mayweather did it, so my guy no need to prove anything and can take it to another level. It's inevitable. The announcement that Showtime is leaving boxing changed the landscape drastically. Yes, it was rumored a year or so ago, but only few saw it coming that early. Not even Canelo when he signed up for the 3-fights deal.

yeah he ducked GGG and dropped his belt to not fight him. waited him out and still lost 8-4 imo and corrupt boxing gods screwed GGG. all these guys, from Mayweather through to who you mentioned are doing these things. that why I don't pay alot of attention to the big named overpaid guys like Canelo etc and put in my watching time on Proboxtv and smaller cards like that that give me the entertainment I want along with the 'fight anyone's attitudes. the reason the Canelo thing makes me laugh is that most of the ppl butt hurt are pbc fanboys who worship Mayweather. not understanding its the same thing. this reminds me of 'Superman' leaving HBO to avoid The Krueger Kovalev. although HBO had the funds and wanted the fight. PBC couldn't fulfill their promise as far as funds, and signed him to a contract without including Benavides, which is ******, then tried to pay a smaller amount than promised to Canelo for next opponent. Benavides need to stop resigning with Haymon and PBC and go to where the fight can be made, which is Hearn and Saudis. they wanna make the fight and have the money. sucks, but when they started paying $12 mil or whatever to Garcia for fighting Salka, this is the hell they created. a bunch of sissy boys that don't want real fights...

The bag is the problem. He’s not selling enough to demand what he’s getting paid. That’s why he fell out with Dazn again and now fell out with PBC. Fights with him against Berlanga or charlo and munguia aren’t worth giving him 35 mil. The guy won’t sell a mil ppv’s unless he’s fighting Benavidez or Crawford and he walked away from those options. Sorry guy but you’re gonna have to admit that canelo has been a massive disappointment and is embarrassing Mexican boxing.

he is older. however Benavides is already moving up now, wouldn't fight Morrell at 168 and Morrell keeps calling him out. there are real fights for him at 168 he seems to not be able to make that weight anymore. however I am sure he would come back down for Canelo fight within next year. and that'll hurt him as well.

Canelo refuses to fight Benavidez but somehow still has all the belts. Strip him of all the belts and let him fight Crawford at catch weight.
