Yeah, he does. Clottey is a big strong guy but he doesn't have power, if he did he would have gotten the overmatched Corrales out of there.

But Clottey has a better defence, is stronger and bigger (than both Pac and Cotto)

I can't call Cotto-Pacquiao, everytime I think of a reason Cotto should win I think of two why Pac would win and vice versa.

It depends how well he carries his power. At 140, he looks lethal. If he is punching properly, he should be getting all his weight behind his shots and he would hurt you as much as any other Welterweight. Difference is he'd still have his speed and southpaw advantages.

at 140 he has only fought hatton so i wouldnt say he looks lethal he would need a couple more fights at that weight against different opponents to prove that his power was that great at 140. im not saying pac cant carry power up to ww but lets wait and see after the cotto fight and then we can annoint him a beast at ww

Clottey is physically more stronger, but Pac has a pretty strong body and with his speed he hurts you more. A punch you can't see always makes you feel like you have been hit more.
