I don't see how I need to base that off anything. Clottey is an average puncher.

I just don't agree about the size thing, mang. Smaller men going up in weight to take on bigger challenges = greatness. Even if they lose, it's OK, you can still admire them for taking risks and wanting to be the best they can be.

Pacman probably hits harder in relation to size, but Clottey is a naturally much bigger man and has more power behind his punches against WWs. So in a sense yes Pacman has more power, but since it's relative at the weight Pacman is fighting at, no.

Serious question to all (No disrespect to Clottey). How the fuck does Clottey beat Pacquiao? With what activity? What stamina? What foot speed?

clottey has fought at ww his entire career pac at lw just because he kod hatton who was rocked by collazo and lazcano and kod already by mayweather doesnt mean he hits harder then clottey. there are also different types of power some guys hit hard with thudding punches and some guys have one punch ko power but the 20 to 25 pound size difference they have going into the ring has to count for something. lets hold off on our judgement of pac as a power punching ww until he proves it in the ring against a ww. im not so sure that if pac had been fighting at 147 for the past 5 years he would have so many kos are you?

Pac>Cotto. I just don't see him bein able to take Cotto's punch. That's the sole reason I pick Cotto to win.

It depends how well he carries his weight. At 140, he looks lethal. If he is punching properly, he should be getting all his weight behind his shots and he would hurt you as much as any other Welterweight. Difference is he'd still have his speed and southpaw advantages.

Alright, cool. I think he'll have no problems with Cotto's punches.
