King deliberately delayed and then failed to provide Charr with the paperwork, so he couldn't come to the USA.

The WBA should have called out King's shenanigans and stripped him of the fight rights. Instead, they stripped Charr of his belt and essentially gave it to King's fighter Bryan by agreeing to let the washed up Stiverne and the talentless Bryan fight for Charr's belt. Charr wasn't the one unwilling to fight to defend the belt. It was Don King that blocked him from fighting. The court could see that so they ruled against the WBA and forced them to reinstate him. Don King is corrupt and the WBA enabled his corruption.
Incorrect. Charr has had US counsel for over 8 years and cannot get a US visa regardless because of his rap sheet. He dismissed the lawsuit vs King because he cannot enter the US and stand for trial.

He was stripped because he was unable to secure a US Visa and is still unable to do so - in spite of having US counsel for over 8 years. Main reason he was forced to dismiss the lawsuit versus King is that he couldn’t travel to the US to stand for deposition and/or trial. Why do you think he is fighting in Bulgaria?

Charr is a fraud and should get smoked by Pulev - even at 42. Hopefully never to be heard from again.
The link below is the article about the situation. I have not found one source that says anything about him being denied a visa from a rap sheet. I’d be interested in a link from your source. This is one of the many written on the reinstatement of Charr as Regular champion. The WBA tried to have the case dismissed but Charr won. I thought the boxingscene article would be the one link I could use

Here is a boxing scene article which clearly states that the case as to the WBA was dismissed. Have Charr produce a US visa, i will wait he has none and never will. Cost him his title and a loss against King.

Yours is from March 23, mine is the updated one from the final court ruling Sept 1. The article i posted talks about the WBA’s motion to dismiss in march but Charr challenged that ruling & won. It says right in the article i posted.

The WBA was dismissed from the lawsuit. He personally sued the WBA president and through that maneuver he was able to Broker a SETTLEMENT and get reinstated. Charr never won the lawsuit as to any party and had his suit dismissed as to King and the WBA - end of story.

pull the pleadings they are public record and much more accurate than any article
