Any reason why Jaron Ennis vs Mario Barrios fight didn't get made?

Like some people say, if this is TR, GBP, Matchroom, DAZN, ESPN... we don't have to ask such questions. We would have known the answer as they're happening in real time.
They are open book to all media outlets.

And PBC is a mysterious place where the media is not allowed to air any (dirty) laundry.

Hopefully, with NSB's new administrators, we'll find some answers. Not that it matters, but at least we could hope for a clearer picture of what's happening in the PBC mystery island.

      Hard to disagree with that.

Barrios and Crowley are full-pledged PBC fighters. You could tell by seeing Sam Watson hovering around them when they fight. So maybe Haymon would rather have them fight each other than give them to Boots, who is not signed with PBC. Bozy knows this, yet he keeps turning a blind eye into it as if it doesn't matter. Kavaliauskas is available and his last fight/s were on PBC cards, but Ennis' team won't even look at that fight.

That's a clear straightforward answer. With Ennis' claim in his lawsuit that he needs 3-4 fights a year, they have no choice but to look for other available fights and not limit themselves with just 2 fighters. We'll see.

Anything about home-based issues like wife issues, etc. as excuses is hard for me to stomach. Can't see why staying at home 24/7 sitting around would be any solution to such issues.

Or perhaps it's Bozy's cherrypicking fights is the main issue.
Boots' inactivity issue would be PBC's last concern, imo, especially in the midst of transitioning to an entirely different platform. Their own fighters next fights are way overdue, and still no scheduled fights like Frank Martin, Adames, etc. Boots' team might as well break away and consider offers from the other side of the street.

Should be fighting no matter who cause at this point he’s just another number but idiots here think he’s entitled to some special treatment
You are crazy, my friend. U talk like Boots is nothing, like he can't beat flies. Answer me one simple question, would u fight Roiman Villa, yes or no? That man is a killer, and Boots made him look like he was an amateur. Custio Clayton, undefeated/extensive amateur background/olympic pedigree/20 odd pro fights under his belt, Boots smokes him in 2 rounds. Do u see how many different ways Boots f....ks ppl up? Its never the same. You don't know sh...t about boxing if u can discredit anything about Boots Ennis. Name all the fighters you know of in history who could fight equally well from, and knock u out from both sides?? That's a very small list, my friend. Sam Langford, Marvin Hagler, Bud Crawford, Tyson occasionally squared up and went southpaw, but not for entire rounds. Hagler and Boots are the only one who did this consistently and this good. Hagler is very good company to be in

Not sure but Ennis has to fight Crowley now, so I'd like to see Barrios fight Giovanni Santillan.
