Canelo has fought 3 strong guys in his life: GGG, Bivol, Kovalev. Kovalev was washed up and unprepared.

I can`t count guys like Mayweather, Mosley, Cotto as big punchers, lol, they have always been too small to be big punchers.

Cotto didn`t even want to fight GGG at 160, he was too small.

Note: When James Toney moved up into the Heavyweight division, he continually reminded people 'That he had fought better fighters, than all of these Heavyweights that he would be competing against. Toney was fighting bigger fighters, but they were not better pure fighters'.

The weight difference between Alvarez and Bivol was nothing much 'I estimate, that Bivol may have only been 4-6 pounds Heavier on fight night'.

But I would honestly would not be surprised if Alvarez was heavier than Bivol on fight night 'It is all speculation'.

I am well aware that Alvarez did not lose his fight vs Bivol 'Due to the difference in weight'. Bivol stylistically skill for skill, is a extremely challenging fight for Alvarez.

Movement, Gears, Athleticism, Solid Fundamentals, Endurance, Work-rate 'Those are all the attributes, that Alvarez have always been a stylistic challenge for him'.

I believe that Beterbiev stylistically, is a easier fight for Alvarez to prepare for than Bivol etc.

Beterbiev knocks Canelo`s brain out and you know that.

I don`t care how great fighters Mosley, Mayweather, Cotto were...they have always been small fighters for our discussion.

Canelo is now a 168 guy that fought at 175 twice. Fighting these midgets is his history way back.

Bivol is too fast for most guys to take a chance with him so he always end up fighting shelled up heavybags with feet.

it's hard to KO someone in defensive construct.

guys like Artur, Foreman, and GGG are slower so their opponents are going to land their hardest shot so they will more likely open up.

Yes. If you watch Bivol fighting, his opponents are fighting in survival mode for 12 rounds.

No sh.it he has a low KO %. His opponents are too slow and too scared to actually even land something big.

Beterbiev for example is much slower, his opponent will land some big shots and open up also.

Exactly but would their answer be true ?
Anyway there are many factors that go into it from what I read
Like the mma guy being the hardest puncher , I read that was like total bullchit and that if he would punch it ten times you would have ten different readings
            Oh well lol

yup GGG later in his career would tell us sttraight up he let his opponents land so he can throw at the same time as them. against Kell and Monroe, he straight up said he does that.

Are you referring to Charlo? Because when ginger was fighting at 155 he used to come in at 171-177 pounds, and he was 10 years younger. Are you not one of his fans that after kovalev suggested he should fight usyk at a catchweight? That he would mop the floor with him. He ain't small for 168 nor 175, he's just a bully that pick up on the wrong guy. It was skills that won that fight, not weight.
