Gamboa gave him some trouble and he was the much smaller man, but it was his speed and athleticism. Those type of fast-twitch guys don't grow on trees.

Bud is bigger than Mayweather ever was. I wish he would have jumped around and fought bigger guys like Floyd did.

Currently, Ennis is the only realistic option that could test Bud, but Crawford doesn't seem to be interested in that fight.

Bud never was a big draw on his own, and I'd wager Lopez is not known much by casuals. This fight would not generate enough revenue, nor would it be competitive enough to even interest Crawford. Teo heard how Bud was elevated to a P4P best after he destroyed Spence. So now, he'd like to cash in on some of that fame. He's a marginally talented fighter who hopes to make enough to retire before getting totally exposed.

Why are people debating this like it's a fight that going to happen? How about Teo fight the champions in his own division if he wants to be considered the best?

Plus , who will give Bud any credit for this fight and you’ll have the usual negative complaints from the Spence/Boots fans saying that bullchit of ducking
Lopez trying to make noise imo
Could well be. Would still like to see it.

Please is there a single person on the entire planet who thinks Teo has a snowball chance in hell of fighting and beating Bud Crawford? Of course upsets happen and few people gave him a chance to beat Josh Taylor but that sort of upset is different than an upset like beating Bud would be. Teo beating Bud would be rivaled by like Tyson vs Douglas or that crazy hockey team where that ragtag group of Americans beat the Soviets. That stuff is like Amish divorce rare and it's not happening no matter how much confidence Teo has about it. I don't believe for a second even Teo's daddy believes this BS. Better leave Bud alone.

A “marginally talented” fighter would not have been undisputed at 135 by beating the top fighter in the sport (that WAS the undisputed fight, regardless of the bulls#it the WBC did) and then again beating the undefeated, undisputed champion one weight class over (Taylor did not lose those titles in the ring). Keep your hate in check.

At least he can cut off the ring. Keep Crawford's name out of your mouth until you learn how to cut the ring and fight against any style. You're not worthy of being in the ring with him.

Your talking about a weakness in a undefeated fight. Lol

What weakness is there if the guy in question has never lost ??.

There's know angles on Crawford, but there is on Teo's lame crazy ass. Him and his crazy ass father trainer. Lol

Make it at 147 and that is fair. If Crawford thinks it is an easy fight, take the easy money; he's offering to come up to your own weight class.

Teo is inconsistent, but he is a good counterpuncher. Not saying he wins, but it would be interesting to see what happens.
That idiot asked for a catch weight. Lol

Now tell me, dose that sound like somebody serious about a fight ??

Your asking the p4p king to fight at a catch weight....
