I am aware that Naoya Inoue had improved since his fight with Nonito Donaire. And just overwhelmingly beat a undefeated Stephen Fulton while moving up.

But isn't Lomachenko more proven at 130 than Inoue who is on the smaller side at 122? Reason why Naoya despite being a big puncher, takes around 10 rounds tops to take out top level opposition? Loma also knocked out the first fighter who had stopped Donaire on his tracks besides Naoya, Nicholas Walters (26-0-1, with 21 knockouts at the time). Vasily had also beaten a prime 122 pounder in Guillermo Rigondeaux (17-0-1, 12 KOs) who had also beaten a prime Nonito Donaire.

Wouldn't Loma's skill and size advantage prove too much considering he is able to manage's Linares and Haney's physical advantages at lightweight?

Look how much bigger and stronger Loma was with Rigo, and Inoue comes forward; Rigo also schooled Donaire; I would back Loma as he is too big and having too much of everything to go along with the size.

The timing matters. In an hypothetical world where they fight at 130 next year when both of them are like five years younger, Loma will win.
However, given the current ages (Loma is 36 tomorrow, Inoue turns 31 in April) assuming Inoue goes up to 126 in 2025 and they fight at 130 in 2026 summer when Inoue is 33 and Loma 38, I'd say Inoue wins easily against a 38 yrs old Loma going down to 130.

Prime for prime, Lomachenko has some initial success landing from tough angles. Inoue times & drops him a’la Tszyu vs Judah. Lomachenko gets back up and gives his all, like he did vs. Linares, but Inoue breaks him down and stops him in the 11th round.
