No it doesn't. If it was just chin, you'd be a Tex Cobb or a Chuvalo like fighter. You need the ability to win rounds yourself or get KO's. That takes skill, heart and mental strength. Bums with good chins don't achieve anything because they don't have the ability to fight properly.
