Come on… There’s a statue of Deontay Wilder in Tuscaloosa that has better footwork than him.
The great shame is that Deontay has superb natural advantages, 6’7” tall, athletic, absolute bomb of a right-hand.. Imagine what he could have accomplished if he’d bothered to learn to box.
I think the bad management is more responsible for turning that dosser into a bigger one, knowing how ****** and deluded he is, they decided to pave an easy path to glory instead of profiting and improving whatever he has to make him a better boxer because he could have been, maybe a little bit, but still. He was ****** enough to believe in their lies and now he can't cope with the reality that others are improving, while he doesn't and is getting old.
Lol at all the times that the term "BUM" is used by keyboard warriors in this thread and others.
It's used not just in describing Wilder, who hadn't fought a full round in more than two years; but any top boxer who suffers a loss. Joshua, Ortiz, Ruiz, Parker, Joyce, Dubois, Wallin, Ajagba, Whyte, Chisora, Makhmudov, Pulev, Yoka, Miller, Ngannou, Helenius, Kean, Breazeale, Stiverne, Washington, Hugie, Duhaupas, Molina, Szpilka, Schwarz, Pianeta, Scott; and even two undeferated current world champions Fury and Usyk are apparently just BUMS too.
That's pretty *****, boys.
And nothing anybody who understands real fighting would ever engage in.
Flame me for pointing that out, ignore me or whatever, but it's pretty *****.

The notion of the dream becomes reality only in his head

I hate when Wilder comes out with these damn excuses. You can use maybe 1, 2 tops in your career. Though Wilder been throwing them out after all his losses, lol. Perhaps he's trying to get his mindset back that he didn't REALLY lose and he can still try to get back to the top, but it's not like that. You can go and put on a performance like he did and except people will just come out to watch you regardless. It doesn't work that way and that's coming from me, lol. I was supporting Wilder when everyone was *****ing on him. I like to give him the benefit of the doubt and enjoyed his fights regardless. Though that Parker performance truly made him live up to his new nickname. The Sleep Dr.
